Where do you ship?

We ship to customers in the United States.

How fast will my order arrive?

Orders usually take 1–3 business days to process, then most arrive within about 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can run longer around holidays, so if you're shopping for gifts, we recommend ordering early.

How much is shipping?

US orders of $45 or more ship free automatically. Many items also ship free on their own (each product page says so in its shipping answer). Otherwise shipping depends on the brand, and the exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. On your first order, you get 10% off with code WELCOME10 and free US shipping on orders of $25 or more with code WELCOMESHIP.

Can items in the same order arrive separately?

Yes. Our products ship from different brands' warehouses, so one order can arrive in more than one package.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. When tracking is available, we email it to you after your order ships.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care products can't be returned. Please email us before sending anything back so we can give you the right return address. What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Email us at mayafindsofficial@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll work with you on a replacement or refund.

Are your products good for sensitive or mature skin?

We choose formulas made for mature, dry and sensitive skin. Each product page lists what the brand says about it (for example vegan, fragrance-free or hypoallergenic) and the full ingredient list. Everyone's skin is different, so we recommend a patch test before first use.
