Shipping Area

Maya Finds currently ships to customers within the United States.

Shipping Cost

Shipping charges vary by product, supplier, destination, and shipping method. The applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout before you place your order. Free shipping applies only when a $0 shipping option is shown at checkout. US orders of $45 or more get free shipping automatically at checkout (applies to shipping rates under $20).

Order Processing

Orders typically require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to circumstances outside our control.

Estimated Delivery

Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 5–10 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Because Maya Finds works with multiple fulfillment partners, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages or at different times.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us immediately at mayafindsofficial@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order begins processing.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders
