Maya Finds Return & Refund Policy

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received, with original packaging when applicable.

Please contact us before returning any item. Do not send a return to the address shown on your package unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Return instructions and the appropriate return address may vary depending on the product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at mayafindsofficial@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging when possible. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for health, hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. This may include personal-care items, opened or used products, customized products, gift cards, and other items identified as final sale on the product page.

Return Shipping

If a return is due to an error on our part or an item arriving damaged, defective, or incorrect, Maya Finds will provide instructions regarding return shipping. For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or credit-card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears.

Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the order was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
